1. Holy Scriptures

WE believe the Bible, consisting of 66 books which make up the Old and New Testaments, to be the verbally inspired word of God and that it is with out error in the original writings. It is the final authority in all matters concerning doctrine, faith, and life.

[II Timothy 3:15, II Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12-13, II PETER 1:20-21]

2. God

We believe that there is only one God, and that God is a Spirit. He is an infinite being, all sufficient, Holy, just and merciful.

[I Corinthians 8:4-6, John 4:24, Deuteronomy 6:4, Psalm 145:17-20]

3. The Trinity

We believe in one God, ever eternal, existing in three persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

[Matthew 3:16-17, II Corinthians 13:4, Titus 3:4-6, John 15:26]

4. The Creation and Fall of Man

We believe that God created the Heavens and the Earth. We believe that man was created in the image of God.

We believe that when man sinned, he incurred both physical and spiritual death, which is separation from God.

We believe that all human beings are born with a sin nature.

[Genesis 1:1, Genesis 2:1, Genesis 2:7, John 1:1-3, Acts 17:26, Romans 5:12, Romans 5:19-20, Colossians 1:16]

5. The Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins as the Scriptures clearly state. He is our substitutionary sacrifice and our mediator. Life and salvation for mankind is only through Him. We believe Jesus Christ died on a cross, was buried and rose again on the third day after His death in the same physical body. We believe He ascended into Heaven and is seated on the right hand of God the Father.

We believe that by His finished work on the cross He has SECURED for every believer redemption, salvation and everlasting life.

[Mark 16:19, John 3:16-17, John 19:16-19, John 19:40-42, Romans 1:4, Romans 5:8-9, I Corinthians 15:3-4, I Peter 1:3]

6. The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity. We believe that He convicts the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment. He indwells the body of every believer of Jesus Christ. He seals, empowers, enlightens and instructs every person who is born again.

[John 14:16-17&26, John 16:7-8, Acts 1:8, Ephesians 4:30]

7. Heaven and Hell

We believe in a literal Heaven and a literal Hell. Heaven is a place where all born again believers will be with Jesus.

A place where there is no more crying, or tears or pain. Hell is the place of eternal torment and punishment for all who reject Jesus Christ.

[Psalm 9:17, John 8:24, John 14:1-6, II Thessalonians 1:7-9, Revelation 20:10-15, Revelation 21:1-3]

8. Satan

We believe that Satan is an actual being. He is a fallen angel. He is known as; the prince of demons, the god of this age, a liar, an enticer, a deceiver, and adversary of Jesus Christ and His church and the accuser of the brethren.

[Isaiah 14:12-15, Ezekiel 28:12-19, II Corinthians 4:3-4, Revelation 12:7-9, Revelation 20:7-10]

9. Separation and Sanctification

We believe that the Bible clearly teaches that true followers of Christ are not to conform to this world that those who are "Born Again" should be separated from the world unto Jesus Christ. This means that "Born Again" believers should live their lives separating themselves from sinful practices and to be Holy as He is Holy. God’s provision for living a Holy life is the Believer identifying himself with Jesus Christ in His death, Burial and resurrection as well as the indwelling of the person of the Holy Spirit and the powerful Word of God. We support this statement with the following scriptures:

[Colossians 3:1-5, II Corinthians 6:14-17, Titus 2:14, II Corinthians 7:1, Romans 6:1-14, John 17:17]

10. The Resurrection of the Dead

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, the just at the rapture of the church and the unjust at the end of time. We support this with the following:

[I Thessalonians 4:16-17, I Corinthians 15:51-57, Revelation 20:11-15, John 5:28-29]
